To develop managers into the leaders I always wish I had so that future generations can love their jobs.

I have a passion for leadership development. During my many years as a full-time paramedic, I have seen great examples of leadership as well as many examples of poor leadership. After being turned down for multiple promotions at work I decided I needed to work on myself. I went back to school to obtain a bachelor's degree in Leadership and Organizational Studies. But that was only the start of my learning. I continued to study the works of popular leadership development authors/speakers such as Simon Sinek, L. David Marquet and Brene Brown among others. This fueled my desire to help aspiring leaders become better versions of themselves. I would love to come to your organization to help your organization thrive in the current world that we live in.
